This Privacy Policy describes how the Cozy Fishing app for Wear OS (“the App”, “we”) handles your information. The short version: we do not collect, store, or share any of your personal data.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App:

• does not require registration or an account;
• does not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal details;
• does not access your location, contacts, photos, health data, or microphone;
• does not contain analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.

Game Data

All game progress (caught fish, coins, upgrades, daily goals, and settings) is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your watch and is not transmitted to us or to any third party. Deleting the App permanently deletes this data.

In-App Purchases

The App offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (Full Version) processed entirely by Google through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment information, billing details, or Google account data. Purchases are governed by Google’s own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Cookies

We do not use cookies.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or external servers. The only external interaction is with Google Play for processing in-app purchases, as described above.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children.

Security

Since no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk. Game progress is protected by your device’s built-in security.
